Somewhat in the expert class when it comes to cramping of arms and legs. I take about 4 to 6 Tums e-x a day for the calcium and it really helps. When the doc said yep this will help your hands arms and legs I thought this is crazy as hell but it does work. I get cramps if I eat stuff that contains sugar, acids or salt. Beer is fine but soda will do me in, even just a small amount.

To be careful about where you stand as to blood, see your doctor and get a fasting blood test. I have health issues so I get about 1 to 3 blood tests a month and keep a copy of results. As an example some folks have complained about their calf muscle hurting and each person will of course have a different reason why their muscle hurts. one size does not fit all kind of deal. In my case sometimes it indicates water is being accomulated in slight amounts. In my case water accumulates because protien is low, your body may not be generating enough to satisfy taking the water away from your feet, legs, arms etc.
