The search warrant in the OU case was sealed, and getting a warrant sealed isn't easy. There is a ton of stuff in that one that will see the light of day eventually.
As for the one at Tech, I haven't heard much inside scoop on that one yet, but it sounds more like pure stupidity and not terrorism.
