I find the United Nitwits to be quite offensive.

Wish we could just tell them to "bug off".

It is comforting to know that the majority of our armed forces members would not go as far as to turn on their own country. If they try and take guns there will be revolution.

It unconstitutional, and the UN can stick it in a pipe and smoke it. Lucky for us it'll probably come out as a non-binding resolution.

We are living in precarious times.....What can we do to make sure this doesn't happen? Is joining the NRA really the answer?

I personally believe that it doesn't matter if we vote dem or repub, both parties are eagerly willing to give away our freedom for a false sense of security, all in the name of obtaining a false peace by making us all homogenized citizens of the world.

This isn't the United States anymore.....at least not the one that thrives on freedom and individuality. So I fully expect for "them" to come for our guns.

Its what the Spartan King Leonidas said to King Xerxes at the battle of Thermopylae. Xerxes said to Leonidas to put down your weapons. Leonidas replied with "Come and take them!" or in Greek ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

I am going to have to claim ignorance here and ask...what is this and what does it mean?
From wikipedia:
The Greek phrase Molōn labe! (Μολὼν λαβέ; approximate Classical Greek pronunciation [molɔ̀ːn labé], Modern Greek [moˈlon laˈve]), meaning "Come and take them!" is a classical expression of defiance reported by Plutarch in response to the Persian army's demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae. It corresponds roughly to the modern equivalent English phrase "over my dead body," "bring it on" or, most closely, "come and get it." It is an exemplary use of a laconic phrase.
