If you have a gun that is "used" that means it has been fired since it left the factory as new. So if you have a vest, meant for resisting bullets, that is "used," that would logically mean that it would have marks where bullet(s) have hit it. I would prefer one that has not been "used." If what they mean is "pre-worn," they should say that!

You may want to note that it says it’s for costume use...not protection.

I suspect those plates are NOT armor steel (eg AR500, etc).

There is no armor there. It's a used training vest with steel trauma plates. Armor would sit on top of the plates. I'm sure they say it's for costume and not use as it's used gear/liability reasons.

So it's a faux bullet resistant vest that is only good for cosplay? Why is it even on this site? Will we get early ads for Halloween costumes next?
