Wow...that's purty.

Some of those S&W .460 and .500 revolver qualify as crew-served weapons.

I've fired a Thompson's in 45-70 before. Once.

Big caliber for a handgun, but that's not saying I wouldn't want one...

For some reason it looks strange to me!? Think it's that thick looking ramp over the cylinder. And, the price is a little more that I want to spen right now. :image035:

Iffin I wanted to carry a big honkin' powerful weapon(revo) for big bears an the like,it would be one of the "pistol" calibers. Maybe one of the big .50's or .475's. Just as powerful. Higher TKO(cut's bigger hole going in)better bullet design(WFN's) gotta roll your own(which ain't so bad) This in a 4-6" revo would be just about right. ------

Bruce - I don't have something that pretty - but when it comes to 45-70 out of a revo then yeah - I rock with my BFR :smilez: It wasn't $3k either!!

looks painful to shoot, better buy some gloves to soften the recoil!
but u gotta love that sound when u can feel it 50 feet away from the shooter!
