I borrowed a friends browning hi power and getting a weird failure to extract everyone once in a while. The brass is still in the chamber, completely in the chamber, and it seems to be stuck in place because the tip of the next round is holding it there. I have tried multiple different ammo, including some 124 grain hollow points, but I can't figure out where the problem might be, any thoughts?
my nano was doing this sometimes and it could be an extrator issue? im not real familiar with that gun but just a guess also make sure its clean and oiled well. just to rule that possibility out.
A weird possibility but could the pistol have a heavier than standard recoil spring installed! Wonder if a standard recoil spring would solve the issue.
