In an abandoned warehouse a gangster band is splitting its loot…
but they can’t get an agreement on the split!
It’s time to let the guns talk and soon everyone is aiming at everyone… The richest surviving gangster wins the game!

CA$H’n GUN$ will make you revive the best scenes of your favourite gangster movies.
Fun, bluff and tough negotiations are guaranteed, but will you dare to play?
It'is simply killing!

CA$H 'n GUN$ a game by Ludovic Maublanc for 4 to 6 gangsters illustrated by Gérard Mathieu (SuperGang, Knightmare Chess, Valley of the Mammoths).

CA$H'n GUN$ Box contains :
6 foamguns.
• 6 sets of 8 bullet cards. One set for each player (5 " Clic Clic Clic " cards, 2 " Bang !" cards and 1 " Bang ! Bang ! Bang !" card.
• 10 super power cards.
• 3 telephone switchboard cards, 2 busy et 1 swat sent.
• 6 secret role cards : 5 gangsters and 1 infiltrated cop.
• 1 double sided phone card : "unused/used".
• 1 quick reference card.
• 14 wound markers.
• 14 shame markers. These markers have two sides: a "normal" side and one with a "flashing light" used in the version with the undercover cop.
• 40 banknotes: fifteen $5,000, fifteen $10,000 and ten $20,000 banknotes
• 6 Characters to put on their stands. 2 stands for each.
• Game rules.

It appears to be a fairly popular game with things that alot of people find to be "fun" but it appears to teach some bad gun handling habits to me. I've seen multiple threads about how toy guns are bad because they have the potential to teach children that guns are toys rather than potentially dangerous tools.

Those pics give me the ''shudders'' - I don't care what kind of gun it is - pointing like that is so non rule #2 I find it distasteful.

I do not therefore like anything that can encourage it. Might seem real ''stodgy'' but - me no like.

Me no like, either. :hand1:

No worse than Grand Theft Auto? Dont like that idea, either. Just as bad.

Too bad folks seem to have such a hard time entertaining themselves in a "positive" manner. I chalk it up to a lack of imagination and a questionable ethical foundation.

Maybe I should change my handle to "Ole Stickinthemud." :biggrin2:
I'm starting to make Andy Rooney look like the life of the party!

I don't see a problem, but I'm not one of the people who's a maniac about Cooper's rules either.

Only game that caught my interest is Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell. Played all three, bought an X Box just to play them.

You can shoot all you like in those, but I like the stealth action. In those games, you find that sometimes shooting isn't the best way to go. (Sometimes, its the only way.)

Besides, at least you are playing the "good guy."

I don't see an issue only because it is a "game". It's not real life and it isn't meant to be. It's fantasy. Big difference.

I play tons of shooting games and I have since they were introduced so many years ago. I grew up playing "cops and robbers" and playing "gun tag" throughout the backyards, front lawns, and pick-m-up truck beds of my neighborhood growing up. I had every type of toy gun imaginable and have played just about every 1st person shooter or other "gun violence" game that has ever crossed a PC and I'm just fine.

Games are games. Fantasy. Nothing more, nothing less. :hand10:

not for me....don't wanna get shot with anything. a computer game or xbox ?.... sure.
I was never invited to a paintball shoot, so one day out of curiosity, I asked one of'em... said the guys were afraid to shoot me with paintballs, they thought I might shoot back with a .38....lol

It's not the level of violence I object to in the games, its the glorifacation of the BG's in some of them that I find troubling.

Play what every you like. I just don't care for the ideals (or lack thereof,) expressed in a few of them.

Dealer's choice.
