The last I heard it was going to be the XM8 but then the army decided to get more bids. I saw some new type rifles on stargate Friday are they he same ones the won? Really narrow carry handle and skeleton stock.

Stargate is using a Fn-90

Most of the time though the Hk mp-7 is turning up latey

Used to see the mp-5's a lot also and 36's

I think latest word is the FN SCAR rifles are gonna be used. I saw some G36 and HK MP7 's on Stargate.

Nope but it looked like an XM8. I didn't know they still had it scraped. Found out what they were carrying was the German HK G36 which is what the HK XM8 was probably based on. BTW stargate has a lot of military following and sometimes gets some valuable input from fans of the show. Not that I believe everything I see on a Scifi show is real lol.

The G36 is sweet wish we could get them here and not at a the super high prices

gotta agree, the SCAR rifle has that nasty looking whale hump back on the stock.

hopefully the Scar H or Heavy will be the most issued get back to a 308 would be nice 223 works with hollowpoints but not in FMJ
