For IWB and CC, I'm with you on the 3:30 to 4:30. While hunting etc. and carrying OWB I prefer OC at 3:00 or shoulder rig for large/large cal. handguns.

IWB 3:30-4:30 and pocket. Looking into ankle carry for ultimate discretion.

3:30-4:00, because it works best for me.

4:00 for an auto. Wheel guns tend to ride better for me further back around 5:00.

AIWB. For me, it's a faster, better concealable and (arguably for some) a safter carry position.

Carry however works best for you. Practice and train for carrying that way.

About 4:30. I like to be able to access the gun with either hand. You never know when your strong hand could be restrained or incapacitated.

Agree 100%...

When I moved from 3:00 to 12:30, I was amazed at how much easier, and thus faster, my draw became (once I got use to this carry position)
