And I couldn't be more proud. She had a lot of fun, and can't wait for the next match.

She even had a minor malfunction, and performed the tap-rack-reengage smoothly and immediately.

Just had to brag :)

Good for her. I wish my wife was that cool. I would like to shoot comps but
dont get to practice like I wish I could. I wish I was less busy. Hope she continues in the shooting sports.

Outstanding! We had 1 wife shoot her first match today. This was no wussified match, either. We had a stab target (scored) with an actuall skeletal structure and 1.5" of penetration required. If you hit the sternum or a rib, ya better be strong...she nailed it! We had another stage where a 100# heavy bag had to be hit hard enough to swing out and knock over a popper, THEN you had to get out of the way to engage other targets. She did it like Bruce Lee.
