I have a NIP Old Faithful RH IWB Holster for The S&W Bodyguard .380. It is a factory assembled holster and was not assembled from their "Quick Assemble Kit". It's brand new and has never been worn. Included is the packet of extra spacers, screws, allen wrench, and instruction sheet. I am located about 30 miles southwest of Chicago.
