Nate at UBG has the Taurus Judge with a 2.5" chamber and 2-3" barrel on his gun list: Taurus International Manufacturing Inc

I'd give him a call, he is great to work with, has fair prices, not too long of a turn around, and make amazing leather.

 

Frontier Leather Works has some fine looking holsters.

 

I carry mine in a homemade IWB holster.

I saw that company that sells the hybrid kit. I think that is the way to go. Can't complain about the low cost too.

As an aside, it surprises me that Taurus is using the "Judge" trademark for its revolvers; the trademark belongs to Bianchi International, and holsters and guns are in the same trademark class. As an example, Bianchi wanted to continue to use the Lightning trademark through its acquisition of Berns-Martin in the 70s, and had to persuade Colt Industries to part with it officially (remember the old Colt Lightning sixgun?). Keeping track of such things used to be one of my many responsibilities at Bianchi, back in the day. New Colt execs were NOT happy with the old ones, for letting us have it! So Taurus' use of the Judge makes me wonder.
