I know I have heard in Florida that printing is not illegal and I believe back in 12/13 there was an accidental exposure law passed to ok it. Although I dont carry anything that really "prints" and rarely, if ever have an accidental exposure I still want to see the bill for both these things if anyone has them (Florida). Thanks!!

So this covers you in an accidental 1 second flash if reaching for something on the top shelf, etc right? I am fairly certain in my 5+ years carrying I have never "flashed" accidentally but just making sure I am good "in case" it happened...

That's why they added it. The cops were getting called when they would see someone bend over and accidently flash a handgun. It use to be grounds for revoking your permit, so they rewrote the law.

Ok one more question. I don't have a problem with "printing" really with a P380 but is there any info on that or is it the same gray area where it just says "concealed" and you have to decide what that means? Thanks guys

There is no statute on printing. The law (790.06) says it has to be concealed "from ordinary view." Covered is concealed.

As Far as Florida Open Carry you can also look at FLSS 790.25 3 H Which does let you open carry while your hunting camping or fishing or going to or returning from hunting camping or fishing.

Chapter 790 Section 25 - 2011 Florida Statutes - The Florida Senate

You can also read A thru P in paragraph 3 to see if any of those apply to you.
