Just thought I'd share this somewhere, since I was searching to see if it'd fit, but no one had posted whether or not it fit for sure. This is the universal grip. It says it will fit the PX4 , but doesn't mention if it fits the smaller compact. Well, it does, and with no trimming. I'm able to use the mag release and insert magazines no problem.

It only took about 3 minutes to install, no heating required.
I'm using the smallest backstrap that comes with the PX4 Compact.
