I am looking for some help with removing the factory Beretta sights on a Px4 Storm subcompact and installing Trijicon BE10 sights.

It's not that hard if they're just dovetailed in, unless there's a retaining screw of some kind. If there is, just remove the screw and drift the sights out with a sight pusher, or, if you're willing to be imprecise, a brass punch or something.

I've also seen jury-rigged vises used with padding as improvised sight pushers.

You have to watch as many guns will have a certain direction to push the sight out and install the new one. I have different site pushers and they work like a champ. I also mark the centers of the sights on the frame with soap stone to assure I installed the new ones in the exact same centered location. That puts me almost perfect... one small adjustment and done.
