+1 for RJ Hedley's holster. I carry my P3AT in his rear pockey holster and love it. I actually carry it in the front pocket as I wear dress pants alot and wanted the extra layer of 'protection' there. It also makes a great holster for the console of my truck as the gun stand up straight and can easily be grabbed if necessary.
search for other posts on this, there have been many.

If you happen to order a holster from RJ Hedley consider the leather ammo pouches if you carry a spare magazine. He will only sell the pouches with a holster order. His work is the best that I have seen on the pouches.

I have one on each of my P3ATs... I use them when wearing shorts, sweats, or slacks with a small or tight pocket. I think that it adds to your carry options and it is not obtrusive when carrying other ways or when shooting.:hand10:

Stellarrigs.com has some excellent Kadex pocket holsters.
I have their Model C for My kel-Tec P-3AT. It carries the 3AT and extra mag. I carry in front pocket - it does not print and I forget it is even there. A great pocket holster for $58.00 shipped.

Brommeland

Come on Gary we need pictures. :yup:
No photos available yet of the new Brommeland pocket holsters but, this was taken off the Brommeland site.

POCKET HOLSTERS

We are now making a pocket holster intended to be worn in either the left front or right front pocket of BDU/5.11/ and Docker type slacks.
This is a new design that features twin hooks to engage the inside of your pocket so that the weapon is drawn and the holster stays put. Pictures are coming soon!

Availability:
They are currently available for
Beretta 21,
32 Tomcat,
Colt Pony,
Colt Mustang and Pocket-Lite,
Kel-tec P32
P3AT .380,
and Seecamp pocket pistols.

Used the belt clip about a week and took it off and put it in the junk drawer.:hand1:
Same here, mainly because when dad went out to get it, He wanted to carry my Kel-tec while I am at college, He picked up the left side clip which would have caused me to rotate the gun toward me if I had to draw. Now I am thinking I have a new pocket holster that would allow for the clip to be on as well. I may put it on just as an "extra" was to make sure it stays put.

I use a modified Uncle Mike's, #2 I think, the one advertised for .25 autos. Sitting it would sometimes print as a gun. Initially I cut the stitching of the little tail below the grip and stuffed some packing material to widen it, then I cut a bit more and stuck a spare mag in. Still shows when sitting, but shows as a square, rather than a gun-shaped object.

The Kel Tec P3AT was a sensation back when this thread began. It's now only one in a sea of similar .380 pistols. After this thread began the Ruger LCP came along and "took the starch outa the P3At's drawers."

I got a P3AT in December of 2005. Got a De Santis Nemesis holster for it. Still have both. Even though the Ruger LCP is an appearance upgrade and has slightly more visible sights, I've determined that it's not worth the bother to exchange the P3AT for some other .380 of that ilk.
