So, yesterday I noticed a new gun store in Athol, Idaho just off highway 95 on the northbound lane called “Idaho Guns”; I was on my way to a doctors’ appointment so I made a mental note to swing by and check things out on the way back. When I got there I went in and was very surprised at the size and variety of the inventory and the good prices to be had.

While there, they were pushing some ammo, pictured below. The staff claimed that Fort Scott munitions are working with the Trump people to sell this ammo, which results in a portion of proceeds going to the re-election campaign. So, of course I got a box and will get more in the near future…..

Supposedly there will be more calibers offered in the near future from what the staff was telling me.

Pretty cool. I'd like to see the supermarkets and gas stations do something similar. Trump bread and milk!

I built a house in Athol 32 years ago back behind the old Super G store and my son still lives in Athol. Back then the land was dirt cheap.
We moved to Bonners Ferry when Kootenai county got too crowded and left Bonners in 2010 when North idaho became like the California I left in 1979. Way too crowded and expensive for us now but we loved it back 30+ years ago.

Tell them the shop is directly across from the Super 1 and Tractor Supply right off the highway….. Really nice folks that work there and as I said, a ton oof inventory. The folks there told me they have some 3,000 firearms currently by the Ned of July they claim they’ll have close to 6,000 firearms in their inventory. They already make Black Sheep down in CDA look small by comparison, they also have a ton of reloading stuff as well.

As an addendum here I just got off the phone with the Fort Scott people, I just happened to have the guy on the phone when their marketing director was walking by and he dialed up this post on the forum.

He told me the ammo I got was made specifically for the store I was at, they did produce limited runs of the ammo for Trump’s 2016 run and they’re seriously considering making another run of stuff with Trumps name and logo on it in multiple calibers…..

They were very happy with all the positive feedback and said they’ll get back soon…

I like Fort Scott ammo they are not worry about making rather uh political ammo ..I think here of the special run of "Blood Eagle " lung remover 9mm they made in reference to a certain line about how 9mm will blow your lungs out .

Would I every carry that ...Yeah one have to be crazy to have blood eagle in there carry gun ... But its cool looking ammo lol. Esp if you are into Norse things ( the Blood Eagle was a rather nasty thing the Vikings did that I dont suggest googling ...)

Bullets need to behave themselves. No need to do-si-do after impact.
"Tumble Upon Impact"?

That's a hard pass for me.
I agree, although.....

I'd buy some and keep as a collectors item or run it through as practice ammo.
