A bullet is too good for a gangsta wannabe like this.

Well,he'll get his chance to prove how tough he is in prison. He will have to put everyone to sleep or,be very careful not to drop the soap.

Not long ago in my town, a guy made some remarks about firefighters. One of the visitors in town happened to be a firefighter, so after they took a cab to a hotel (WHY they all went together, I have no idea), the visitor punched the guy whose head hit the ground, killing him. Scary how this type of thing can happen.

At least he seems to be recovering per our local news

That's great, thanks for updating. I know three different guys that suffered pretty terrible brain injuries (one from a quad, one on a motorcycle, one in a car). All were in a coma for days with a grim outlook and they all made remarkable recoveries, one is actually an LEO now. Hopefully this guy gets back to 100% and finds better places to hang out.

Attempted murder is what he should be charged with. Guys like this need to be permanently removed off the street. It is a shame that you have to be prepared for an attack after giving a compliment to someone.

I've heard of many cases where someone charged with assault had their happy meal upgraded to murder when a victim died. I think in one case it was 2 or 3 years later -- the person had been in a coma. The charge went from attempted murder to 2nd degree murder. Even if they were already tried, it's not double jeopardy because it's a different crime, different charge. You may as well say a criminal can't be arrested and tried for armed robbery one year and assault a couple of years later. The vic's death changes everything.
